We hope you love every purchase from The Joy Club Boutique! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be securely wrapped in paper or protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please include your packing slip with your return, as it contains your order details and is required for processing.

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE:


  • All sale items or items purchased during a sale
  • All seasonal/holiday items
  • All accessories (including hair accessories, socks, jewelry, bags, sunglasses, etc.)
  • Leggings
  • Bodysuits
  • Athletic wear

All returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition. Items with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, smoke odor, or any other signs of wear will not be accepted.

SHOE RETURNS:

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside a separate shipping box for protection. Returns with shipping labels placed directly on the shoe box will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order and using your store credit once your return has been processed.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS:

Any return that does not meet the above requirements will not be processed. A $7.99 shipping invoice will be sent to have the item returned to you. This invoice must be paid within 5 days. Unpaid invoices after 5 days will result in forfeiture of the item(s).

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via email and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit after delivery.
